The Microchiller uses rapidly recirculating, near freezing tap water to accomplish its speedy chilling. Red wines are chilled to
60°F(16°C) in 3 minutes; whites to 50°F(10°C) in 6 minutes. The Microchiller can totally and easily satisfy customers' requirements for chilled wines and other beverages in the largest retail
stores and restaurants. |

The machine uses the same amount of energy as a single 100 watt light bulb when in standby. The energy cost of chilling wine is less
than one half-cent per bottle. No other chilling method comes close to such economy. Also, the risk of wine spoilage in upright refrigerated storage (from dried out corks) is eliminated.

THE CABINET |
|
You can fill the machine with water and use it as soon as it is unpacked (but please read the Owners Manual). The Microchiller moves
easily on its own casters for ideal placement and so that water changes (about once a month) can be made near a sink or drain. |

The cabinet, in your choice of gray or almond colors, is made of super tough ABS plastic and the elegant top is half-inch thick Corian* solid
surfacing. Each cabinet is fitted with a backboard, whose use is optional. One side of the board has a "free Service" sign with how-to-use instructions; the other side is blank. *"Corian" is a trademark of the
