Take the first exit on route 291 (exit 4) to route 5

Take a left at the end of the exit on to route 5

Go down three lights ( a Mobile station is on the left and there is a McDonalds)

At the 4th light make a U-Turn heading back to where you came from (there is a median)

Blondie's is on the right
